It is with great honor and pride that I extend my heartfelt greetings to all readers and participants on the auspicious occasion of UROCON 2025 – The Silver Jubilee Conference of the Pakistan Association of Urological Surgeons (PAUS). This milestone marks twenty-five years of excellence, innovation, and unwavering commitment to advancing urological science and practice in Pakistan.The Pakistan Journal of Urology (PJU) has grown alongside this remarkable journey, serving as a beacon for scientific exchange, clinical insight, and academic collaboration. Through its pages, we continue to promote evidence-based practice, ethical research, and innovation that bridges knowledge with patient-centered care.The theme of this year’s conference — “Mastering Urology in the Digital Age: AI, Innovation and Skill Development” — perfectly reflects the evolving landscape of modern medicine. As we enter an era shaped by artificial intelligence, robotics, and data-driven precision, it becomes imperative to balance technology with the art of clinical judgment and compassion. The Journal stands committed to highlighting this balance through high-quality publications that inform and inspire.I take this opportunity to congratulate the Organizing and Scientific Committees of UROCON 2025 for their dedication in curating a world-class academic program.
